The establishment elite MUST be from another planet! They really have no clue about the harm they have caused. Can you imagine how hard it would be to live on 1 billion a year? No you haven't because without mental gymnastics that is a preposterous idea.
Have the moneyed ever considered the enormity of an impact they could have on civilization by solving world hunger? Or housing the homeless? What happens in their mind that shoves those thoughts aside?
Seeing Obama trivialize activism felt abhorrent to me. "people that do really good things have flaws". A flaw is a minor defect that doesn't take away much from one's character. We have no issue with flaws. What we have issue with is death and destruction committed in our name. We have issue with the removal of our ability to be heard in every branch of government entirely. We have issue with our leaders socializing with and protecting deviant sex offenders and war criminals. We have issue with torture and execution without trial. We have issue with those same people rigging our elections to stay in power. We have issue with sanctions placed on nations to starve them into submission. We have issue in not sanctioning terrorist states who participate in genocide and murder journalists and chop them up and put them in an oven! We have issue with persecution of truth tellers as criminals while the criminals they expose receive admiration and medals!
NONE of these issues are trivial in nature. We must force these leaders (and protectors) to recognize their atrocious crimes anytime they have the gall to show their faces in public! We must convince them Americans do not admire the criminal regime that is flying our flag!
The whole world is watching. We must behave accordingly.
