Who's responsibility is it to police the government? What are you doing to hold your government accountable? When all judicial methods of addressing government corruption are compromised it is the responsibility of the people to hold it to account.
Depraved Indifference doesn't require the guilty harbor a motive to harm.
Complacence = Approval.
Americans are the 'spoiled rich kids' of the glutenous ruling elite. An enormous disfuntional family is what our society is. America is Panem and the rest of the globe are it's districts. These districts and the number of 'priveleges' each are granted are determined by the amount of economical power each of them possess. The poorest of the countries, the ones we call 3rd world and a considerable number of us call "shithole countries" bare the majority of the suffering our Fascist Empire produces. Even the label we have given them reveals the real purpose of our relationship to them. It's purpose in fact is ensuring we do not relate to them at all. It insinuates they are primitive or less evolved than us. The perception that they are different is the psychological apparatus employed by ruling class that keeps us indifferent to their suffering. Regardless of intentions our complacency is approval.
